Service: Substance abuse counseling for pregnant women, program is a minimum of 26 weeks. Classes are 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday 9:00am-1:30pm. The Perinatal Care Network (PCN) program offers rehabilitative services that will empower women to adopt a healthy, drug-free lifestyle and assist mothers o develop effective parenting and coping skills.

Cost: Low-cost fees. Medi-Cal accepted.

Smoke-Free HOPE Maternal Tobacco and Nicotine Cessation Program

Service: Smoke-Free HOPE is an 8-week program designed to help pregnant individuals quit tobacco and nicotine use, delivered by trained community health workers who provide personalized support and assist with accessing resources. The program is open to individuals who are 18 years or older, currently pregnant, using any tobacco or nicotine products, and willing to quit during pregnancy. To be eligible, individuals must be receiving prenatal care and reside in San Bernardino or Riverside County. Virtual or In-Person.
